1. Eligibility: This offer is valid for residential properties in Massachusetts only.

2. Scope of Work: The package includes specified items only. Any additional features or upgrades outside the listed items will incur extra charges.

3. Design Choices: Customers may choose from three curated design choices. These three aesthetic options include a choice of tub or walk-in shower. Custom or premium options will accrue additional costs.

4. Wall Conditions: Walls will be patched and sanded, but this does not include a skim coat. Skim coating is an extra service and will be priced out on a per-job basis.

5. Contract Requirements: A signed contract and deposit are required before any work can be initiated.

6. Timeline: The project will be completed within 2 weeks under normal working conditions, provided no unexpected issues are found.

7. Payment Terms: Payments will be structured as follows:

   - 30% deposit to begin

   - 20% after plumbing rough-ins

   - 20% after tile installation

   - 5% after paint

   - 5% after final walkthrough

8. Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel the contract within 48 hours of signing for a full refund. After this period, cancellation fees may apply.

9. Warranty: All work is warranted for a period of one year from the date of completion against defects in workmanship.

10. Liability: The company is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or damages discovered during the renovation process.

11. Promotion Validity: This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice.
